Ms. Dinah Naa Koshie Lawson

Head of School

A seasoned educationist, who has worked in the industry within and outside Ghana. She worked as a teacher in the University of Lagos Staff School in the eighties after which she came back home to continue her service with the Ghana Education Service till she resigned to start her The Vision School in the year 2000.

Her creative skills and passion for quality education can be said to be responsible for the sporadic growth of The Vision School within its few years of establishment.

Her hobby is inculcating the reading culture in young ones and she loves encouraging parents to set up home library for their children


Mr. J. O Lawson

Director of Operations / School Manager

A certified I.T. practitioner who has vast experience in I.T. and security having worked for many years in the United kingdom public and private sectors. He believes in giving the students all the opportunity to learn. This include the provision of top quality brands of I.T. equipment since his involvement.

He left the shores of Ghana for further studies in the United Kingdom in 2003. He returned to Ghana in 2011 to give support to the management of the school and render his expertise in the area of I.T. education to the students of the school.

Mrs. Maame Lawson

Director of Finance & Administration

Maame was born and raised in London, United Kingdom and moved to Ghana with her husband and three children in 2011.  After graduating from City University, she worked with Barclays Insurance, then for almost 10 years with the Metropolitan Police Service in London.  Maame worked for the force’s Records Management Branch, and later in New Scotland Yard for the Homicide and Serious Crime Command.

Maame is passionate about delivering quality service and ensuring that the end consumers, in this case our students and parents, are always satisfied.  Her aim is to help raise respectful, independent, focus driven leaders of tomorrow.


Mrs.Antonia Alabi

Director of Academics

A graduate of Business Administration with grounding in Banking and Audit with United Bank of Africa (UBA), where she retired as an Asset Manager in 1999.

Her passion and drive for a better educational system for the African child inspired her to go into the educational sector, setting up a pre- school. With her experience in audit, she established the Promoworld Educational Consult to partner proprietors of schools in the delivery and maintenance of quality education, and training teachers on how to achieve better delivery of lessons.

Her training in Montessori education and the quest to help every child possible encouraged her to seek more knowledge in the care and support for children with special needs and learning difficulties. She is registered with some organisations that provide support for students suffering from learning difficulties.

Her outfit has on its list many of the leading schools in the industry within the West African region and she is on the Board of Management of some of them.
She has, through her outfit exposed and linked up children in the main stream private schools with the schools of the physically challenged as well as public schools, organising Book Treats and games.

She participated in the Development of Policies Affecting Children’s Right organised by MOWAC in 2002.

Her hobbies are attending seminars and workshops of wide interest range, watching documentaries and writing poems.


Mr. Sam De-Graft

Head, Junior High School

Mr. Sam De Graft is a Ghanaian, born on 11th July 1981 in Winneba in Central Region of Ghana.

He is a Business Studies graduate, who is also now pursuing the Professional Accounting Studies (ACCA).

Mr. Sam has been with The Vision School since 2002 and has been very instrumental to the development of the JHS Department. He has great passion for children’s success and very supportive of his teachers. He discharges his duties with great commitment.

He is married with a child.


Mrs. Henrietta Boateng-Yeboah

Administrative Secretary

Mrs. Henrietta Boateng Yeboah is a Bachelor of Arts Degree holder from the University of Development Studies with Second Class Honours (Upper Division).

She is quiet, loyal and dedicated to duties, with a strong passion for excellence. Her excellent team spirit has helped her to discharge her duties to both management and all members of staff.

She is married.
